Waoww haha its been awhile since i update this miau bloggie~ sorry sorry to the bloggie lool my days are really busy and there is not much happy things to blog about..
Still gonna say about my diet plan in this post haha I actually gave up on my vegetarian meal plan already.. Its just too difficult for me lool yuck yuck yuck!! For the time being I am eating a smaller portion and try to get enough exercise~
My schedule for every week is going to the gym to work out(weight lifting) to build up my muscles on monday, tuesday, friday(maybe), saturday, and sunday. Then I will be having bowling training for at least 2 hours a day on wednesday, thursday, and friday(maybe). On the friday I either go to gym or bowling haha so its either one~
I do get to cut down my weight but still the fat on my face is still there loool damn.. Ever since I started bowling my stomach is feeling even more empty than usual.. Its getting tougher to control my diet haha but I will try my best!!
My muscles toning is getting better and better haha now I have to concentrate more on my chest~ Man boobs! xD
